1. Cancellations by the Customer
•More than 14 days before the tour date: Full refund of the booking amount, minus a 10% administrative fee.
•Between 7 and 14 days before the tour date: 50% refund of the booking amount.
•Less than 7 days before the tour date: No refund, except in cases of force majeure (see section 4).
•No-shows: No refund will be issued for customers who fail to attend the tour without prior notice.
2. Changes to Bookings
•Customers may request to reschedule their tour:
•More than 14 days in advance: No additional charge.
•Less than 14 days in advance: Subject to availability and a 10% rescheduling fee.
•Any price difference due to changes in tour selection must be paid by the customer.
3. Cancellations by the Company
•In the unlikely event that Tours of Moldova must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns, or operational issues), customers will be offered:
•A full refund of the booking amount, or
•The option to reschedule the tour at no additional cost.
4. Force Majeure
•In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other extraordinary events), refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Proof of circumstances may be required.
5. Refund Processing
•Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
•Customers are responsible for any bank or transaction fees associated with refunds.
6. Special Offers and Non-Refundable Bookings
•Tours booked under special promotions or discounts may be non-refundable. This will be explicitly stated at the time of booking.
