These terms apply to every tour booked with Tours of Moldova on toursofmoldova.com, by email or through WeChat. Please read them together with our Cancellation / Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. By booking a tour you accept these terms.
Tours of Moldova is operated by DALU MOL S.R.L., IDNO (fiscal code) 1013600007534, VAT code 0608458, a travel agency registered in the Republic of Moldova, at Bd. Moscova 21, Chișinău MD-2068, Republic of Moldova. Email: welcome@toursofmoldova.com.
Your booking is confirmed when we send you a confirmation email after receiving your payment. For WeChat Pay or bank transfer, the booking is confirmed once the payment reaches us. Please check the confirmation and tell us straight away if any detail is wrong.
The person who makes the booking must be at least 18 years old and accepts these terms on behalf of everyone in the group.
Prices are per person in euros (EUR) and include the services listed on each tour page. On our Chinese pages, prices are also shown in Chinese yuan (CNY). Full payment is due at the time of booking, by card or PayPal online, or by WeChat Pay or bank transfer for guests paying in CNY.
Anything not listed as included on the tour page, such as personal expenses, optional activities, tips and travel insurance, is not included in the price.
You can cancel free of charge or change your date at least 24 hours before the tour starts. The full rules, including no-shows and how refunds are paid, are in our Cancellation / Refund Policy.
We may need to change the order of visits, the timing or a stop because of weather, road conditions, opening hours or safety. If so, we replace it with a visit of similar value where possible. If we have to cancel a tour, you can choose a full refund or a new date at no extra cost.
We are responsible for providing the tour services described in your booking with reasonable care and skill. Some services, such as hotels, wineries, restaurants and museums, are run by independent suppliers under their own rules. We are not responsible for your personal belongings, or for losses caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law of the Republic of Moldova or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Our guide may take photos during the tour and share them with you. We only use photos in which guests can be recognised on our website or social media with their permission.
If something is not right, please tell your guide straight away so we can fix it during the tour. You can also write to welcome@toursofmoldova.com, and we will reply as soon as possible.
The texts and photos on toursofmoldova.com belong to Tours of Moldova or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without our written consent. We do our best to keep tour information accurate, but the details in your booking confirmation take priority.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by agreement will be settled by the competent courts of Chișinău, without affecting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
