For a city established in 1436 Chisinau keeps a lot of secrets and have a story to tell, center of the city is a crossroad, as historians are saying similar to the fate of Moldova itself – a country at the crossroad from east to west. Any tour in the capital include the Stefan cel Mare statue from 1926. Imagining how such a “little prince” could keep Muslims away from invading the Europe. Stefan cel Mare is the best king we had and we still miss one like him, no wonder he is my favorite one!
